Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment arrives in your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact the courier using your tracking number.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement where possible.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace/refund the item or issue a store credit based on availability.
